Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  • Prepare the bananas: Peel and slice the bananas into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
  • Toss with lemon juice: In a mixing bowl, gently coat the banana slices with lemon juice.
  • Arrange and season: Place the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with ground cinnamon.
  • Bake: Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until they reach desired crispiness.
  • Cool: Turn off the oven and let the chips cool inside for added crispness.
